A quick, creamy, and satisfying protein-packed pudding that’s super easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt – full fat for a creamier texture, or low fat for a lighter option
  • ½ cup (40 g) protein powder – chocolate or vanilla for flavor, or unflavored for flexibility
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter (like almond or peanut butter) – adds creaminess and healthy fats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for a richer chocolate taste)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey – adjust based on taste and protein powder flavor
  • Milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy milk) – only if needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Place Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add protein powder to the bowl.
  3. Add nut butter to the bowl.
  4. Add any optional ingredients, like cocoa powder, to the bowl.
  5. Stir thoroughly with a whisk or spoon until well-blended and smooth.
  6. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add a splash of milk until the pudding reaches your desired consistency.
  7. Taste the pudding.
  8. Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed.
  9. For added texture, stir in chia seeds.
  10. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes, allowing the seeds to thicken the mixture slightly.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. Alternatively, refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

Notes

Use good quality Greek yogurt for the best creamy texture.
Start with less sweetener and add more to taste.
Add milk gradually, a tablespoon at a time, to avoid a runny pudding.
For a smoother pudding, you can briefly blend ingredients with an immersion blender.
