Easy, no-bake truffles made from classic Cosmic Brownies, dipped in chocolate almond bark and topped with colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cosmic brownies, 13-ounce box
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • ¼ cup rainbow chip sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Have damp cloths or paper towels handy for cleanup.
  3. Remove cosmic brownies from packaging.
  4. Cut each brownie in half.
  5. Take one brownie half.
  6. Use your hands to press and roll the brownie half until a smooth ball forms.
  7. Place the brownie ball on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Repeat this step until all brownies are used.
  9. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator.
  10. Chill for 30 minutes, or until the brownie balls are firm.
  11. Add chocolate almond bark to a microwave-safe bowl.
  12. Microwave for 30-second intervals.
  13. Stir in between each interval until the almond bark is smooth.
  14. Remove truffles from the refrigerator.
  15. Drop 1 truffle into the melted coating.
  16. Use a fork or spiral dipping tool to gently toss and coat the truffle.
  17. Lift the truffle and gently shake off excess coating.
  18. Return the truffle to the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  19. While the coating is still wet, add rainbow chip sprinkles on top of the truffle.
  20. Repeat this process until all truffles are coated and decorated.
  21. Allow the coating to set until firm, about 30 minutes.
  22. Serve as desired.

Notes

Ensure brownie balls are thoroughly chilled to prevent crumbling during dipping.
Microwave almond bark in short intervals to avoid overheating and seizing.
Dip truffles one at a time and sprinkle immediately before the coating sets.
If almond bark thickens, reheat briefly in the microwave.
